Is FoxInvoices really free?
Yes. The whole product is free to use — unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, PDF export, multi-currency, VAT support. No credit card is required and there is no hidden paid tier.
Can I use FoxInvoices for VAT / Reverse charge invoicing?
Yes. You can mark your company as VAT-registered (or not) and choose a default VAT treatment — standard rate, Reverse charge, Zero-rated, Exempt, or Not VAT registered. Each invoice can override the default, and the correct legal note is printed on the PDF.
Does it support multiple currencies?
Yes. FoxInvoices supports 20+ currencies including GBP, EUR, USD, PLN. Each invoice can use its own currency, and the dashboard shows totals per currency.
Can I export or email invoices as PDFs?
Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as a pixel-perfect PDF, and you can send the PDF directly to your client by email from inside the app.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in Supabase Postgres with Row Level Security — other users cannot read your invoices or clients even if they know your user ID. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the Account page.
Can I use FoxInvoices for my business in the UK / EU / US?
Yes. FoxInvoices is designed to be jurisdiction-agnostic and supports UK (GBP + VAT), EU (EUR + Reverse charge), US (USD + sales tax via custom rate) and many more. You remain responsible for ensuring the invoices comply with your local tax law.
