Welcome to FoxInvoices. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

FoxInvoices is a free online tool for creating invoices, quotes and credit notes, tracking clients, and exporting PDFs. It is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal ability to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including invoice numbers, VAT/tax information, and client details.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter. We store it on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and who has access.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page in the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FoxInvoices to:

• Issue fraudulent or misleading invoices.
• Send unsolicited email (spam) through the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that harm its availability for others.
• Violate any applicable tax, accounting, or business law in your jurisdiction.

5. Tax & legal compliance

FoxInvoices is a record-keeping tool — not tax, legal, or accounting advice. VAT treatments, invoice numbering, and other fiscal requirements vary by country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the invoices you issue comply with the laws that apply to your business. Please consult a qualified accountant if in doubt.

6. Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans in the future, existing users will be notified in advance and the core invoicing features will remain available under a reasonable free tier.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxInvoices and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost data, or tax penalties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (which, for the free tier, is zero).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your data is deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
